Hi, I’m Michelle.
I’ve been working with clients for the past 10 years teaching movement proficiency to help increase performance, develop strength and mobility, and decrease chronic pain.
My years of experience and continued education has allowed me to develop a keen eye for biomechanics and compensations. I use a science based approach to develop appropriate exercise programs to achieve a wide variety of goals.

I have been training with Michelle for quite a few years. My body feels the best it has ever felt. I always feel safe and challenged with her. She really takes the time to listen to my goals and is excellent at assessing what areas I need to improve to meet my goals. I have been training with Michelle since 2017 when I first became ill with a physical condition. My doctor suggested exercise, but I had no idea where to start. I was connected with Michelle and, looking back, I can now say working with her, especially in the early part of my illness, allows me to be as mobile and physically functional as I can be today. You may even hear me say she is the reason I am still walking without the use of a mobility aid. The last thing I needed was a drill sergeant and Michelle is far from that. She is not only encouraging, but also is able to navigate moments of frustration without calling unnecessary attention to those emotions. On top of it all, out of all the trainers I have worked with, I feel more empowered and confident to perform exercises on my own than I have with any other. Though I know she will provide training for me as long as I need it, she also works to get her clients to a place where they don’t need her; if there is a way to get you to a place where you automatically fit movement into your life, she will help you get there.
